1. Eligibility for Referral Rewards:
    • Rewards will be issued only after the referred member successfully registers with Al ASHRAF Trust and makes their first donation.
  2. Ongoing Reward Structure:
    • Referrers will continue to earn rewards for all subsequent donations made by active referred members as long as they remain donors.
  3. Reward Payout Schedule:
    1. Rewards for donations made in a particular month will be distributed between the 10th and 20th of the following month.
    2. Example: Rewards for November donations will be paid between 10th and 20th December.
  4. Accurate Referral Details:
    • The referrer must ensure the correct submission of their details during the referred member’s registration to qualify for rewards.
  5. Active Status Requirement:
    • Referred members must remain active donors for the referrer to continue earning rewards for their contributions.
  6. Limitations on Claims:
    • Rewards are non-transferable and must be claimed within the stipulated time frame set by the trust.
  7. Program Modifications:
    • Al ASHRAF Trust reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program and its terms at any time with prior notice.
  8. Fraudulent Activity:
    • Any fraudulent or unethical activity to exploit the referral program will result in disqualification from the program.
  9. Dispute Resolution:
    • In case of disputes regarding rewards or eligibility, the decision of Al ASHRAF Trust will be final and binding.
  10. Compliance with Trust Guidelines:
    • Participants must adhere to all trust policies and program-specific guidelines to remain eligible for rewards.
  11. Mandatory Referral Code Usage:
    1. Rewards will be issued only if the registering member provides the correct referral code at the time of registration.
    2. Failure to input the referral code will disqualify the referrer from earning rewards for that member.
